Annual Meeting

What is it?

Each year PICANet hosts a one day event where all PICU staff and collaborators are invited to attend a networking event. During this event PICANet invite topical guest speakers to share their insight and provide an update based on this years annual report.

The event is hosted in a different place around the country each year.

We invite all involved in PICANet and PIC to attend, including Medical, Nursing and Clerical staff.

Just go to the title at the top of the page, click on the tab ‘Annual Meeting’ arrow and select the option you want to explore.

You can view last years programme and see what topics we covered as well as follow the planning and announcements for this years meeting.
The news section and newsletters will provide information and reminders as well.

How do I register my place?

Registration is important so we can provide the right facilities and requirements for those attending. We have limited places, so please register your seat as soon as possible.

The PICANet Annual Meeting places are available to book in advance. In recent years we have used a third party registration site called ‘EventBrite’. The website will be updated when registration opens.

Is there travel and accommodation support available?

PICANet offer travel subsidies to data and nursing staff.

Eligibility criteria apply please check the information provided each year. A new form will be made available when the application process opens each year.

Each individual applicant must submit a bursary form in order to be considered for financial assistance. Please ensure you have received confirmation prior to the event.
